COVID-19 Updates

Dear parents, we hope this communication finds you well and safe. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to shortages of apparel products, specifically on school uniforms. During the whole world closure of 2019 and the shortage of employees on 2020, fabric manufacturers around the world ran out of raw materials. These cause that apparel manufacturers were not able to make the supply needed to cover the polo and t-shirt demand.

We have been on top of the situation since the begining of April 2021, but at this moment, inventories are at "0" on most colors and sizes, specifically Youth sizes.

We want to thank you for understanding the situation, know that we are monitoring inventories daily and when a size becomes available we order quickly to be able to ship your uniform orders.

To avoid this situation in the future, we are in business negotiations to have our own fabric and apparel factory and avoid this problem in the future. We already manufacture our jackets, PE Shorts, Jerseys and masks, so we will be adding Polo's and T-Shirts to our manufactured line of products.

1August uniform orders
All orders placed in August may take up to 14 business days to process based on customization, product, and quantity ordered. Some orders might take additional days due to a high volume of orders received during the season.
2Shipping cost & delivery information
We charge an $8.00 flat fee for shipping by UPS. At the moment the Post Office is loosing too many packages. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO YOUR SCHOOL, NO EXCEPTIONS.
3Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed for all orders. You may exchange any item for any reason within 10 days of receipt for items of the same purchase price, excluding shipping & handling charges. Items in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages may be returned for an exchange within 10 days accompanied by your original invoice. Depending on the method you used to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-10 business days for us to receive your new items back to your school. 5What does it mean for an item to be on backorder?
Items that are on backorder are items that are normally stocked, but may be low on stock or out of stock at the time of order. Items will return to stock shortly. Your back ordered item, as soon as it is available, will be shipped to your school at no additional shipping charge.
6Why didn't the website tell me the item was backordered before I purchased it?
We do apologize. Hundreds of orders are processed each day, while this is no excuse, regrettably backorders do happen. Since we are a Florida distributor of Gildan and Jerzee products, when a backorder occurs, it is a national backorder. Meaning the manufacturer of the item is also out of stock on that item. (There are two most likely reasons for this) If the quantity of the item you selected is low and multiple orders come in for the same item that exceed our current stock, then a backorder occurs. Other parts of your order are processed and shipped to you with a packing list that indicates a backorder on that item.
7Can I Cancel a Backordered Item?
Yes, provided the item has not shipped yet, we will be happy to cancel any backorder. Please contact one of our customer service representatives. All cancellations require confirmation from our customer service department. We must tell you that the order has been cancelled.
8I've written to customer support, but I haven't received a response! Why?
There could be several reasons for this, however the most common may be your email spam filter settings. Many email programs have spam filters that mistake our emails or email order receipts as spam. This is especially true if you use AOL, EarthLink, Hotmail, MSN, Yahoo, or any other internet based email program with a spam filter, please check your junk mail folders and trash folder! If you have emailed over the weekend or on a holiday, also please allow for extra time before you will receive your response.
