Uniform Exchanges Procedure

Hello parents and tutors, we hope you have a blessed back to school year 2022-2023. 
As you might noticed in the last two years prices has gone up on almost everything and School Uniforms are not the exception. To avoid price increases, we installed a fitting station at each school. Please make sure you try your uniforms before ordering.

• If the customer placed the order wrong - we will exchange the your ordered items for any items of similar price. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost, back and forth, when order was placed wrong by the customer.
• We shipped the order wrong - we will exchange your wrongly shipped items for items ordered on the original invoice, matching exact size, price and color. If the customer wants to change sizes or colors the customer is responsible for all shipping cost, back and forth.
• EXCHANGES WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE SCHOOL - we will ship your exchanges to your school for pick up. If you want them shipped specifically to your home, you must pay for UPS Ground shipping.
